Zoottle, the social WiFi platform powering leading hotels worldwide, is pleased to announce that WiFi Services Caribbean (WISC) has joined its partner program. Joining more than a dozen other worldwide partners, WISC is set to sell Zoottle’s platform to brands throughout the Caribbean.

WISC is a leading B2B provider of wireless hardware and software to businesses in Puerto Rico, Vieques, Culebra, St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. For over eight years, the company has been partnering with hotels, inns, B&Bs, and marinas to enhance guests’ internet experiences with reliable and dependable WiFi.

Since WISC primarily focuses on the hospitality, healthcare, marinas, education and banking sectors, this partnership will enable Zoottle to further expand its global footprint within these industries.

Christos Perakis, Zoottle’s Co-Founder & CEO, explained, “Zoottle’s services are already used in hotels, bars, restaurants, malls, and stores in thirteen countries. WISC shares a very similar focus on improving customer results in these verticals, so having them as a partner is a natural fit.”

Jorge M. Baragano, president of WiFi Services Caribbean, said, “We’re excited to partner with Zoottle. Their WiFi marketing and analytics solutions reinforce our core WiFi services and help our customers gain immense value from their WiFi investment.”

Companies who use Zootle’s services typically see a ten-fold increase in the number of emails collected from guests – enabling more targeted remarketing to drive repeat visits. And with the rise in importance of third-party reviews, Zoottle’s real-time, guest satisfaction survey boosts positive TripAdvisor reviews by 40 percent while decreasing negative ones by 70 percent.

Zoottle’s simple dashboard also enables companies to quickly and easily set up advertising, announcements, coupons and automatic follow-up emails to drive upsell and cross-sell purchases to guests.

Baragano also said, “We believe our current and future customers will share our excitement about the Zoottle platform. The solutions we will now offer them will expand their insights, greatly enhance their ability to please their guests, and multiply their revenues.”

Perakis added, “We’re happy to welcome WISC on board as a partner. With their background in serving the hospitality and other industries, we’re looking forward to increasing Zoottle’s presence in the Caribbean.”
